Upwardly Casual is our flagship drip coffee. Great traditional coffee flavours with just a little zip (i.e acidity) to satisfy your curiosity. Seasonally we do rotate through fresh beans (typically Columbian and Ethiopians) with a goal to keep the flavour profile similar.
We roasted this as a drip coffee. Being a little more gentle with the roast allows the flavours of this coffee to shine. Enjoy.
