We roasted this as a coffee to be enjoyed as espresso. (But yes you can use as a drip/filter!) A darker roast profile brings out the roasted tea flavours that compliment milk based beverages so well. Enjoy.

This is the first year Geovany's coffee has been separated as a microdot and is a great example of a terroir-driven, minimal intervention coffee.
